OHVP

An OHV is just about any motor vehicle which is able to be operated off of paved or maintained roads, four-wheel drive vehicle, all-terrain vehicle (ATV), or dune buggy. Off-Highway Vehicles may be used to access a particular destination – such as a remote campground – or be used as the essential part of the recreation experience

BLM AzStatePark

Off-highway vehicles are permitted, with restrictions, in many areas under BLM administration or State Parks in Arizona and along the Colorado River in California. Other areas, such as designated wilderness and other sensitive areas, are closed to OHV use.
